The equipment is a buckle type hose clamp assembly machine. The base is fed by a vibrating plate, and the steel belt is fed by a servo motor and cut and formed to be riveted with the base. The screw and the hoop shell are fed by the vibrating plate and assembled by a manipulator, and then grabbed above the base for assembly. After two riveting presses, the finished product is finally completed and blanking.

The equipment is used for the automatic production of small American throat hoop. The hoop shell is automatically fed by the vibrating plate and sent to the turntable tooling by the manipulator. The screw is automatically fed by the vibration plate and sent to the hoop shell by the manipulator. The steel belt is precisely fed by a servo motor, and the length can be set. After being cut and formed by the mold and sent to the hoop shell by the manipulator for riveting, the rolling circle, locking belt and finished product blanking are completed respectively. The equipment adopts PLC touch screen operation, and the steps are simple and easy to learn. High operating efficiency, good stability, widely praised in the industry.
