Buckle Cap Type Hose Clamp Assembly Machine
The equipment is a buckle type throat hoop assembly machine. The base is fed by a vibrating plate, and the steel belt is fed by a servo motor and cut and formed to be riveted with the base. The screw and the hoop shell are fed by the vibrating plate and assembled by a manipulator, and then grabbed above the base for assembly. After two riveting presses, the finished product is finally completed and blanking.
