A rocket manufacturer has commissioned a specialized hose clamp assembly machine to produce clamps for liquid rocket fuel lines. The machine uses vacuum-sealed assembly chambers to prevent contamination and can handle materials resistant to -253°C (the temperature of liquid hydrogen). The clamps have been successfully tested in 3 rocket launches, with zero performance issues.
